Booking Terms

All balances will be due upon completion of the service. All services added after initial booking are subject to these same terms and all services booked on the day of service are non-refundable and due immediately upon completion. All services that are not paid in full upon completion will incur a 10% per day late payment fee. These terms are updated periodically and the terms that apply are those that are found at TheWashandWrapGuys.com on the day a service is performed. An archive of these terms is not maintained. The company’s total liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. Service dates are subject to weather conditions and may be rescheduled at the company’s discretion. The company will notify customers of any necessary schedule changes. Deposits or prepayments are non-refundable but transferable to a new service date.

Important Information and Terms of Service:

  • Final pricing is subject to property inspection. If the property differs in size or scope from the service booked, additional charges may apply. Ensure the service description and the answers to the questions asked during the online quoting process are accurate.
  • The price includes only the specific services selected at booking and as described herein.
  • Customer agrees to provide a standard ¾” water connection for all services.
  • The Wash & Wrap Guys are not responsible for landscaping.
  • The Wash & Wrap Guys are not responsible for sand, polysand, grout, sealant, coatings, or other filler material between pavers, bricks, stones, masonry components or any other material used as a filler or sealant in the areas being cleaned. Unless otherwise specified in writing, repair or replacement of such material is the sole responsibility of the Client.
  • The Wash & Wrap Guys are not responsible for paint, coatings, sealers, sealants, applied stain or any other applied finishes that are removed, discolored or otherwise compromised during any service being performed when the process is being completed in accordance with the accepted practices of the trade. 
  • The Wash & Wrap Guys are not responsible for securing, replacing, or repairing any loose fixtures and materials that loosen or dislodge during the cleaning process described herein when performed in accordance with the accepted practices of the trade and as appropriate for the various surface treatments.
  • Any fixtures including electrical devices that are not properly mounted and protected from the elements are the sole responsibility of the Client.
  • The Client is responsible for having all areas being cleaned free from furniture, trash, outdoor storage containers, and any other item impeding total access to the surfaces being cleaned. Additional fees may apply if complete access is not available at the time of arrival.
  • The Wash & Wrap Guys are not responsible for natural runoff, displaced debris, or stains that may become visible after surface cleaning. Additional restoration or detailing services can be quoted separately upon request. Upon request, restoration/additional cleanup needed will be quoted separately in writing.
  • Water/Chemical leaks through the exterior cladding at door penetrations, thresholds, material transition points, window penetrations and other vulnerable areas are the Client’s responsibility. The Wash & Wrap Guys will employ reasonable effort to avoid direct application to such areas during the cleaning process. Known leaks must be disclosed before work begins.
  • Glass Surfaces: The exterior washing processes described above are not specifically tailored to glass and may leave a residue. This service does not guarantee a streak-free finish.
  • Lowest Price Guarantee: The Wash & Wrap Guys will honor any comparable written price (Before tax) that match exactly the service descriptions as presented on the website. This adjustment must be made at least 24 hours before the service is performed and agreed to in writing by both the customer and The Wash and Wrap Guys.
  • For Pool Opening and Closing Services Only: The customer is responsible for ensuring that the pool is filled to the appropriate water level - at least 3 inches above the skimmer line - prior to the scheduled appointment. This water level is necessary for the Wash & Wrap Guys to properly test all pool equipment for functionality. If the pool is not filled to this level, the service may be delayed. If vacuuming of the pool is requested pricing will be determined on-site during the scheduled service, as it is not included in the standard service pricing listed herein. Please note, during pool opening, removal of debris from the pool cover is included within reason. Excessive debris that requires additional labor or disposal may incur extra charges, to be assessed and communicated at the time of service. The customer is responsible for all existing parts and their suitability for reconnection. Components that require replacement such as gaskets, plumbing connections, valves etc. will be identified and the cost to replace these components will be billed separately and agreed to by both parties in advance.
  • Shrink wrapping services are provided to protect property such as boats, furniture, and outdoor equipment from weather and environmental exposure. All services are performed with reasonable care and professional standards.
  • The customer must ensure all items that will be shrink wrapped are clean, dry, and accessible prior to the scheduled service date.
  • The customer must remove all fragile, loose, or breakable items, including cushions, glass tops, or decorations prior to any service.
  • The customer must disclose any existing damage or defects prior to any service.
  • If items are wet, dirty, or not ready for wrapping or pool service, additional fees or rescheduling may apply.
  • The company is not responsible for pre-existing damage, surface deterioration, oxidation, or discoloration of any item being serviced.
  • The company is not liable for damage resulting from: Improper storage or handling after wrapping or pool services, Acts of nature (e.g., wind, snow load, storms, animals, etc.), Items that were structurally unsound or unstable prior to service, Customer removal, alteration, or tampering with the wrap, cover or equipment. 
  • The customer acknowledges that shrink wrap is a temporary protective covering, not a guarantee against all weather damage.
  • Customer agrees to complete all necessary winterization processes before the scheduled service. Customer agrees to take responsibility for items that may be damaged when under tension of the wrapping material and the weight of any material including but not limited to snow, ice and tree debris that may rest upon the shrink wrap material. 
  • Shrink wrap material carries no warranty against punctures, tearing, or degradation due to sunlight, wind, or temperature extremes.
  • No other warranties, express or implied, are provided.
  • Cancellations for Shrink Wrap services only incur a $150 cancellation fee due to materials that are preordered for said services. 
  • Services canceled due to weather or scheduling conflicts will be rescheduled without penalty.

Costumer Acceptance
